Look no further for your mortgage needs, seriously! You can do the traditional way and look for three lenders, but you'd be wasting your time. Jason Krasnow at Liberty Capital is bar none. First, he educated me on the pre-qualification process. Second, he was communicative throughout the whole process. Third, and most importantly, he made sure I was able to close on my property. Jason made the mortgage process easy and hassle free. A big plus for someone new to the home buying process. 10/10 would recommend Jason to anyone, new or seasoned, in the real estate world.

Ken Wichman is AMAZING!!!! From the very beginning he answered all our questions regarding the loan process and addressed any concerns we had. A friend recommended James to me, and as a first-time home buyer, I felt extremely well taken care of. James's instructions were clear and he set expectations well, and any questions on the loan were easily answered with a text. I thought I may have hit a snag after an appraisal came in 60k too low, but James and my realtor (Megan Brown, a wonderful agent whom James recommended) were quick to reassure me that we can dispute it and switch lenders if necessary. We ended up switching lenders and getting a second appraisal, and I couldn't be happier at how little I had to worry about that process. My overall process of buying a house was a bit bumpy, but I'm happy James was there to handle the mortgage side of things (and I got an excellent interest rate!)

I had an amazing experience working with Jason Krasnow at Liberty! I am an out-of-state investor and I wanted to purchase our 2nd multifamily investment property. Jason was recommended by our agent, and I'm so happy we were connected! Jason guided me through the different financing options and helped me realize that I could actually save a significant amount with a cash-out refi rather than the commercial loan I was originally considering. He was a great communicator throughout the process, responding to my texts immediately and regularly being available for calls when I had questions. I was operating on West Coast hours while he was on East Coast, and he would generously respond to me and talk to me both after his work hours and on the weekend. He worked tirelessly to ensure that our financing was completed on time, and through his efforts we were actually able to close about a week earlier than expected! Specifically loan officer Jason Krasnow deserves a 10 out of 5 star rating as he went completely above and beyond and provided extraordinary customer service with my home purchasing experience and I am extremely impressed and satisfied.I found Jason through a referral while going through a very tough time— I had just concluded a very difficult divorce and wanted to remain in my marital home afterward, however, was uncertain about what I qualified for due to having a brief gap in employment years ago during my marriage. Jason did his due diligence, listened carefully to my situation, and was extremely meticulous, helpful and very knowledgeable about my individual needs. He addressed my concerns, educated me on all my options, and also thoroughly explained the pros and cons of either refinancing or selling my marital home. Based on my individual situation, I ultimately decided it was best to refinance my home, however, I was dreading the refi process as based on my experience getting qualified for a mortgage initially was all a pain and was like putting puzzle pieces together. Jason was a God-send, however, and provided an immense amount of support, guidance, and direction and made the refinance process extremely seamless, efficient, and easy. It was such a relief to have one less thing to worry about during a very stressful and tumultuous time.Even after my closing date, I still had additional follow up questions and although Jason’s work was done with my loan, he continued to be extremely helpful and responsive ( even during nights and weekends!) . I had an amazing experience working with Jason Krasnow at Liberty! I am an out-of-state investor and I wanted to purchase our 2nd multifamily investment property. Jason was recommended by our agent, and I'm so happy we were connected! Jason guided me through the different financing options and helped me realize that I could actually save a significant amount with a cash-out refi rather than the commercial loan I was originally considering. He was a great communicator throughout the process, responding to my texts immediately and regularly being available for calls when I had questions. I was operating on West Coast hours while he was on East Coast, and he would generously respond to me and talk to me both after his work hours and on the weekend. He worked tirelessly to ensure that our financing was completed on time, and through his efforts we were actually able to close about a week earlier than expected! Jason helped us close a conventional loan for our first investment property. He was always available for questions, very knowledgeable, and got back to me quickly. We shopped around for rates and Liberty had the best rate and lowest fees. We were under contract at the end of 2023, but closing happened on time, as scheduled, even with the holidays. If I could give Liberty Capital 6 stars I would!!!! Specifically loan officer Jason Krasnow deserves a 10 out of 5 star rating as he went completely above and beyond and provided extraordinary customer service with my home purchasing experience and I am extremely impressed and satisfied.I found Jason through a referral while going through a very tough time— I had just concluded a very difficult divorce and wanted to remain in my marital home afterward, however, was uncertain about what I qualified for due to having a brief gap in employment years ago during my marriage. Jason did his due diligence, listened carefully to my situation, and was extremely meticulous, helpful and very knowledgeable about my individual needs. He addressed my concerns, educated me on all my options, and also thoroughly explained the pros and cons of either refinancing or selling my marital home. Based on my individual situation, I ultimately decided it was best to refinance my home, however, I was dreading the refi process as based on my experience getting qualified for a mortgage initially was all a pain and was like putting puzzle pieces together. Jason was a God-send, however, and provided an immense amount of support, guidance, and direction and made the refinance process extremely seamless, efficient, and easy. It was such a relief to have one less thing to worry about during a very stressful and tumultuous time.Even after my closing date, I still had additional follow up questions and although Jason’s work was done with my loan, he continued to be extremely helpful and responsive ( even during nights and weekends!) .
